Fourier Asset Management
Mr Gemes is the Founding Partner, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at Fourier Asset Management (FAM). He serves as a member of the FAM Investment Committee.
Prior to establishing FAM, Mr Gemes ran Fairwater Capital for ten years where he focused on public and private credit markets, full capital structuring investing and asset backed securities.
Previously, Mr Gemes was Head of Structured Credit at Hermes Fund Managers, where he served as a member of the Portfolio Risk Committee. In addition, Mr Gemes has been a Credit Portfolio Manager and Trader at Credaris, Artesian Capital Management, Fortis Investments and Advance Asset Management.
Mr Gemes started his career in fixed income sales at Deutsche Bank.
Mr Gemes holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
